Program description:  T. A. Sigafus delivers a lively presentation as she discusses the writing of "The Case of Beethoven's Bandit" and demonstrates the music that moved her to create The Little Maestro Mystery Series.
 
Program goal:  To inspire young writers to pursue their passions and follow their dreams when it comes to writing.
 
Suggested audience: Grades 2-5. Audience size limited to 50 students per session. Length of each session is 45-50 minutes.

Presenter qualifications:  T. A. Sigafus is a published author. She has twenty years of experience as a professional musician. In addition to her published mystery series, she has released 15 CDs of children's music, winning rave reviews from national publications including Booklist, School Library Journal, Family Fun Magazine, and Billboard Magazine.
 
When Ms. Sigafus isn't writing books, she teaches music at a private school in Southern Missouri and operates a busy lesson studio. She also plays the cello in a local orchestra. She would love to visit your school or library!
